She does look a bit different. But at least she's out and about.

Looks like her if you zoom in but she's very skinny. A few medical friends suggested IBD

It is her it looks just like her, she's dressed casually and has lost a lot of weight which she would do after surgery.

The still picture doesn't look like her but I think the video does. Her movement looks the same and the way she tilts her head. She definitely does look thinner though which isn't surprising.

Why not publish the photo with the story a couple of days ago?

The owners of the clip were probably haggling for the best price and far more obviously it kept everyone in suspense for a day or two whilst clicking on the red tops looking for the pictures. Pretty obvious surely?

If it is her, the Mother's Day photo was definitely altered because she has lost a lot of weight in her face that wasn't noticeable in the Mother's Day photo.

I saw the picture on piers Morgan's post and honestly thought I was in my own world or something as thought it's clearly not her. That video, however, is a bit of a head fuck. It goes from looking exactly like her to not at all. Perhaps it's no makeup? Whole things weird.

I didn't think the photo looked like her but the video does, a bit more. She looks slimmer and has lost shoulder definition - which would make sense following serious surgery- but her hair looks very healthy and shiny so for me the overall impression is confusing.

Anyway she seems agile, mobile and very relaxed - would she perhaps have been able to make the St Patrick's day engagement they had cancelled?
