In the full-length version of the photo, she's looking thinner than ever. That's probably to be expected after major abdominal surgery, but poor thing! I hope she heals and is able to get back to whatever is normal for her. She's been through a lot this year already.

I know the royals have fabulous riches and lots of status, but those things can only go so far. They don't protect you from ill health or bereavement or from getting hurt.

Honestly I think the country has gone completely mad. It's reminding me of those TikTok/social media "sleuths" in the Nicola Bulley case last year that were so convinced of their conspiracy theories they hounded her traumatised friends and family. It's like people have to believe they are particularly clever and have worked out some major conspiracy rather than just accept that the most likely explanation is the correct one.

It is clearly a video of Kate and William. If you're so far down the rabbit hole that your brain won't allow you to see what is in front of your own eyes then frankly I don't think there's any helping you!

I don't see me disagreeing with you or fact checking your comments as bullying but I am sorry if that's how it's made you feel.

It is barmy yes but it is also barmy not to at this point not release a statement, doubling down and stubbornly sticking to the original plan of action for me isn’t a good look for the future monarch(s).

accepting that a change of action is needed shows strength, shutting down all of this is a decisive action- continuing to value privacy above all else is foolish.

whoever advised the photo (or didn’t) that needed to look perfect missed the mark, we don’t need them always to be picture perfect, she doesn’t need to either. This is an opportunity to make them more relatable and sympathetic but they are missing the mark

I don’t think Nicola Bulley released fake and doctored photos of her family that only serve to fuel speculation. Nor did she live in the limelight - with full security and a world class PR team and acres of options for privacy.

This makes no senses. Even Charles who is visibly ill and undergoing cancer treatment is still meeting people privately and has done a video message.

If that's her she looks terribly thin, certainly like someone who's been ill for a while. She's never been exactly plump, but my goodness she looks as though she's lost a lot of weight, there's hardly anything of her.

If she's well enough to be out shopping she's well enough to pose for a photo. This whole thing is ridiculous. There's just no need for the disappearing act.Personally I'm assuming it's plastic surgery gone wrong.
