I have a vague sentimental attachment to the idea of a monarchy I guess, but I can equally see and understand all the very valid arguments against. I have no issue if people want to campaign for a republic, and I’m increasingly finding myself in sympathy with the idea - if only to free its members from this level of insanity!

I don't know if it's her or not- although I thought it looked like a younger, more fresh faced Kate in the video. However, for all the people questioning the 'elf' ears, the pixie ear deformity is a recognised complication of face lift surgery.

Having said that, I'd have thought if she'd had a face lift, she'd be wearing a hat/changed her hair ( maybe a fringe!!!) in the early days to hide scarring.
