If it’s Kate she’s obviously had a facelift and/or cheek filler. Probably wanted to glow up without scrutiny because she was tired of seeing photos of herself looking middle aged when the other royal babes have had a ton of work done (Rania, Leticia etc).

That’s only for the state schools. Private schools have longer holidays so usually break up a week earlier. Makes for very intensive terms but good for holidays outside peak season.

It’s not her first time going out: she’s been out with her mum, to a private appointment somewhere, to see her kids play sport, plus whatever else we don’t know about. Plenty of people have a code of “don’t film or photograph strangers, even if they are famous”. It’s rude. Plus would you want to be the school parent who filmed her at the kids’ sporting event or school run? You’d be a pariah. Especially if the truth comes out about her illness and it’s something ghastly, and there you were getting a crafty iPhone pic to sell to pay Cressida’s school fees.

Oh we pay the bills of loads of public figures. So what it doesn't mean we get to access their private medical details.

Get some perspective, they aren't 'liars' they edited a pic, done without any malicious intent whatsoever.

You saw her before, right? It's not possible for her to lose a lot of weight, she'd be in a coma or dead. She was already underweight.

A blurry bad photo in 2024 when everyone has iphones and lots of people wondering where Kate is (so everyone would be whipping their phones out) is just incredibly sus.

Paying the bills? The Royals cost each taxpayer an average 77p a year. They bring in around £1.6 billion in revenue for businesses and the economy via tourism, souvenirs, charitable fundraising etc.

If you object to paying that 77p, go ahead and campaign for the abolition of the Monarchy and a Republican President to be installed instead. I'm sure plenty of others will support you. But don't hound a poor woman who has just had major surgery just because you don't want to cough up less than a quid a year.

Ha! I was actually about to edit to say I'm not a royalist in the slightest. I wouldn't care either way if the monarchy existed, although I'd be sad for my DC that the Horrible Histories kings and queens song had to end.

What I object to is a woman being absolutely hounded by people who think they are entitled to every scrap of her, with no regard for her mental health or what it might be doing to her husband who lost his mother because she was hounded too.

So campaign for it. Do something tangible instead of hounding a woman who doesn't deserve it.

Quite possible. I don’t think it’s them but I also think she will reappear in several weeks - as the alternative is pretty unthinkable. What I don’t get is people proclaiming, many with barely concealed anger, that this potato cam footage of a similarly looking couple (published by “the Sun” of all sources) is 100% indisputably person x and y, when there must be at least a couple of dozen lookalikes potentially for hire in the UK alone. Why the fervent desire to positively identify two strangers, one of whom is entirely covered by a baseball cap? Hope none of them ever do jury service.

None of this speculation would be happening if the Mothers Day photo wasn't altered. I didn't really think about Catherine much until then. The photo from with her mum got me thinking. I felt sorry for her and thought she looked quite poorly. I wasn't expecting or bothered about any other photos tbh. But it's just so strange, the whole thing.

I don't really care that much, but, in the video, I think it does look like them. She looks very thin and with either very little or no make up on. The blurry still photo taken from the video is hard to make out and it isn't clear it's her from that alone. If you look at both you can see it's them IMO.

I know what you mean. I think it might be a stunt, but not a KP one. I’d like it to be Kate because she looks well. When she’s ready to appear in public is soon enough for me.

Why would I? I was a royalist up until a few weeks ago, but since then the lies, deception, the opaque and incompetence has really turned me off them.

I am now questioning their work ethic (dire by the way for the last ten years) and I strongly suspect the family are totally lost without our wonderful Queen Elizabeth and I question their future. Yes.
