She does look a bit different. But at least she's out and about.

They have to keep the lookalikes locked up in the Tower so they can’t go to the press. That’s why this one is extra thin.

I must admit with the photos that were released I was thinking it all seemed dodgy and off. I can’t believe that they would have a body double walking along though and I do think it looks like her but she does look incredibly thin. The weight loss may explain her pointier looking face too.

The only thing that makes me question it is that the footage is so grainy. I mean surely they could have taken better quality footage than that with their equipment? Even from a distance?

Either she is super thin from the surgery (imagine she couldn’t eat much with abdominal surgery) or she had a crazy tight facelift

I completely agree with you! I watched the video on The Sun which is better quality and it's unmistakably them! They just can't win though with the age we live in now everything is picked over and if people don't want to believe something it's labelled 'fake'. Yes she looks like she has lost a lot of weight but that's been part of the recovery process.
Anywho, great to see her out and about with William and I hope the two of them will go from strength to strength 😀
