She does look a bit different. But at least she's out and about.

Yes, the nose looks different to me, and slimer

I didn't know she was involved in promoting the new Ghostbusters movie

ThisGreyPoster · 19/03/2024 00:21

A close up

Mirabai · 19/03/2024 00:22

BirdieSmythe · 19/03/2024 00:09

Well if this video is of her, then the mothers day photo definitely isn't, unless she has had hair extensions and unlayered her hair...

William’s hair is also thicker at the back than last week’s pic in the car.

Kedece2410 · 19/03/2024 00:23

When I saw the video I was convinced it was her but that close up looks nothing like her

But then the Sun aren't renowned for accurate reporting

AInightingale · 19/03/2024 00:24

Just watched video again and even less convinced. And the woman looks self-aware in some way, even a bit smirky, can't put my finger on it, but as if she is 'acting' the part?

Tetchypants · 19/03/2024 00:24

Another close up

Has KP directing commented on the vid?

Kedece2410 · 19/03/2024 00:27

See I think that looks more like her

No wonder folk are confused 😂😂

Ulysees · 19/03/2024 00:36

If that's her she's found a time machine

Don't you dare make racist comments about the English!!

You wouldn't say that about Pakistanis or Nigerians or anyone else!!

That's not racism. That's not even xenophobia. It's an accurate statement. I'm English, btw.

Mirabai · 19/03/2024 00:45

Note the trees in the background are all bare, save for the evergreen. No sign of spring. And there are Christmas decorations on the little booths. I’d say it’s winter. There’s a car with a reg SW08 NJB - which is apparently an Aberdeen number plate from 2008. Vehicle details either unavailable or not currently registered. (Clearly it could be an old car but the date fits with how old Kate looks).

Deadlinesaredickheads · 19/03/2024 00:52

Can I just throw this out there?
Abdominal surgery
Sudden weight loss
Woman in her 40's
Is it so hard to stretch to the plausibility of an actual medical issue?
Gallstones.
Not uncommon.
Probably lots more possibilities but people would rather think their getting divorced or she's locked up in a tower

brytersky · 19/03/2024 00:53

That's definitely not her.

ThisGreyPoster · 19/03/2024 00:54

@Deadlinesaredickheads gallstones you are normally out of hospital quickly and back at work quickly if not physical work. But you would not be carrying full bags.

Ha! My late 70s frail mother had 2 nights in hospital and was right within the week after having her gallbadder out, and that was with post-surgery complications.

She was not photographed months later looking swollen in the face, then normal, then 20 years younger, all within a fortnight.

RubyWinehouse · 19/03/2024 01:02

Just leave her alone she is recovering after surgery

They could be full of candy floss for all you know. And "normally" isn't for everyone. Complications happen sometimes. It was a suggestion.
My point is that people are being drawn into conspiracy theories when there is zero evidence of one. And no, these photos and videos are not evidence of a conspiracy.

The woman asked for privacy and she is holding steadfast onto her boundaries while the media, the public, and pr people appear to be intent on crushing her boundaries.

penjil · 19/03/2024 01:07

Finlesswonder · 18/03/2024 22:11

If it is her and she's out and about casually buying organic yoghurt with a spring in her step then why not just....give the public a photo? Its baffling

Edited

This.

Checked the car reg on the Gov website and it’s still on the road so that doesn’t help.

Never heard of people having allergic reactions to antibiotics? Does than not cause swelling? Is it not more plausible that a person who has had medical intervention has had medical complications that they want privacy about it than she's AWOL and "some higher power" are using doppelgangers to trick the world?

penjil · 19/03/2024 01:12

Well, if that's the "unblurred" version of the photo, then that's definitely not her!!

Kate has much better, whiter, straighter teeth for a start!

I loved reading this thread 😂. I’m so confused now.

Deadlinesaredickheads · 19/03/2024 01:14

I don't even have any interest in the royal family but watching the conspiracy theories develop is fascinating. We've actually been discussing how it's developing at uni today. It doesn't matter what's going on, there will always be a conspiracy theories. Shame I can't use Mumsnet threads as essay evidence 😂😂😂
