'Some Argentines are arguing that perhaps what Pamela needs is more advice on contraception.'

yes, perhaps

It mentions her alleged promiscuity... the only thing that we do know for certain on the subject is that she has had sex three times

belgo · 22/02/2008 08:04

absolutely right squonk

goodness

kayzisbroody · 22/02/2008 08:05

Woah 7 kids by 16!!

Bouncingturtle · 22/02/2008 08:06

Hmm that's what I thought.
It said the odds were more than 8,000 to 1!! That's incredible... she should have bought a lottery ticker

fryalot · 22/02/2008 08:06

woah, 7 kids aged 3 and under!

belgo · 22/02/2008 08:06

I wonder how she is physically effected by giving birth to 7 babies in two years

Bouncingturtle · 22/02/2008 08:06

ticket I meant! Duh!

belgo · 22/02/2008 08:07

she'll need to win the lottery to look after all of those kids!

I am shuddering at the thought of 7 DC under 3, at the age of 16.

fryalot · 22/02/2008 08:13

(I am shuddering at the thought of 7 kids!)

kayzisbroody · 22/02/2008 08:17

I've been worrying about ttc number 2 and having 2 kids under 3, it'll be a walk in the park compared to what that girl has to do.

Bouncingturtle · 22/02/2008 08:19

Seven lots of nappy changes... it would be an assembly line!!!

Wonder if she is bfing

FAQ · 22/02/2008 08:21

belgo surely as it's only been 3 pg's then the effect on her body won't be much different from giving birth to 3 children in the same space of time??

theUrbanDryad · 22/02/2008 08:24

Bouncingturtle - she could be tandem feeding all of them!! my friend had twins when she was 20, breastfed them successfully, then got pg again the year later and tandem fed both the twins and her newborn!!

i think Pamela has either been very lucky or very unlucky, i'm not sure which. but i would have thought that when she got pg at 14, her mother would have given her the flippin pill!!

wannaBe · 22/02/2008 08:25

"Some Argentines are arguing that perhaps what Pamela needs is more advice on contraception.".

Actually I think they're right. If I gave birth to triplets, at 16 or otherwise, I would make bloody sure I didn't get pregnant again. This girl clearly needs someone to tell her that when you have sex, you get pregnant, as the message doesn't seem to have hit home quite yet .

Nemoandthefishes · 22/02/2008 08:29
Shock
belgo · 22/02/2008 08:45

FAQ - it may have been three pregnancies but two triplet pregnancies is physically more of a a risk to the mother then two single baby pregnancies

LilRedWG · 22/02/2008 08:47

Blimey!

FAQ · 22/02/2008 08:47

ok - wasn't sure of the effects on the body of carrying 2/3 babies in one pg than carrying one

sandcastles · 22/02/2008 08:48

And it must be a huge strain on such a young body too.

belgo · 22/02/2008 08:49

yes I'm thinking about the effect on her heart, her back, her pelvic floor for example

OP posts:
belgo · 22/02/2008 08:50

and assuming she had c-sectiones for the triplet births the recovery from those.

TotalChaos · 22/02/2008 08:53

or of course more argentinian men could use condoms routinely....

poor thing, a lot of hard grind is in store.
