Please say I'm not the only one wondering who is this guy and what was the catchphrase!

Unless he's written 'Mary, Joseph and the wee donkey' on the woman's tits

HAHAHA

For the poor poster upthread who actually fancies Paddy McGuinness: you really need to watch Max & Paddy’s Road to Nowhere (someone has put it on YouTube FYI). Phoenix Nights spin off. He is properly stupid, a truth acknowledged by other characters, and looks as if he smells. He is acting being himself. The same is true of Phoenix Nights.

Something else I’ve just thought of - what if he father isn’t Paddy. What if the father is a cousin of his and when he was out that night he was pretending to be Paddy.

Maybe I guess it depends how much he looks like his cousin I have lots of cousins both paternal and maternal ,you could probably tell we are related but I don't think i could pass myself off as one of them .,it is quite odd.

Icantfindmykeys · 06/10/2022 19:10

In the left hand photo is that Jeremy Clarkson’s photo?

ScotsGranny2 · 06/10/2022 19:26

Sorry . . . I have to say that I'm not interested unless there is actual name/evidence. Sadly I think this "story" is sad and the DD is the innocent party and she's likely to be mortified by this article.

I'm going Paul Hollywood. I know it's C4 now but it was BBC and he's sleezy enough.

Catchphrase would be....soggy bottom?!

Or star of the week

Alan Carr I'm thinking ..

Ahahahaha

Vapeyvapevape · 06/10/2022 19:45

If you were going to have someone else do the test why would you choose a cousin ,paddy has enough money to pay a randomer to do the test for him very odd

He probably didn't trust a randomer to keep their mouth shut.

MTPlate · 06/10/2022 19:49

Steve Coogan

QuebecBagnet · 06/10/2022 19:52

It amazes me he’s such a cheater because he’s punching well above his weight with his estranged wife. Not just in looks but age, intellect and personality.

Intellect? Are you talking about Christine McGuiness?

dayswithaY · 06/10/2022 20:02

Bradley Walsh - Blankety Blank
Brian Conley - It’s a puppet!
Vic Reeves - Ooh Va Vu
Paul Whitehouse - Suits you Sir
Harry Enfield - Loadsamoney!
Peter Kay - Garlic Bread
Anton du Beke - Bring on the wall!
Huw Edwards - This is the 10 o’clock news (unlikely)
Stu Francis - Ooh I could crush a grape (even more unlikely)

Does David Dimbleby have a catchphrase?🤣

Steve Coogan

He's with Sky now. Hasn't had a BBC show in years.

He's with Sky now. Hasn't had a BBC show in years.

He had a two series of “Our Time” on BBC1 this year and last. It’s about a daytime TV show, starring Coogan as Alan Partridge.

The Daily Mail referred to the presenter as being on at “prime time” twice in the article.

dayswithaY · 06/10/2022 20:12

My mistake, it’s called “This Time”.

I think quite a few of us have honorary diplomas from there @Lydali 😂

LouisCatorze · 06/10/2022 07:07

Has Jamie Oliver been ruled out?

Pukka-tukka?
Lovely jubbly?

I'm not for a minute saying it's JO, btw, just thinking of catchphrases!

Elgee40 · 06/10/2022 20:22

I was thinking Matt Leblanc, he presented Top Gear also, has a catchphrase and won a few prime time Emmy awards not sure though, was just a thought.

LilyPAnderson · 06/10/2022 20:23

Mushroo · 05/10/2022 12:38

My guess is Paddy Mcguiness. Would explain his recent break up with his wife.

’no likey no lighty!’ 😂

I didn't know Paddy and his wife split up. They were the only 'celeb couple' I could stomach, as seemed genuine. Thought they seemed well suited and cared about each other.

WhenDovesFly · 05/10/2022 15:58

Paddy McGuiness is a good call but Take Me Out was an ITV show and the report says a BBC prime time presenter. Did he do any BBC prime time work?

I think game show hosts are the ones who tend to have a catchphrase, but I'm struggling to think who it is.

Top Gear on BBC

onethirtyfive · 06/10/2022 20:30

Could it be a radio presenter? Is Chris Evans still on BBC? (wasn't his catchphrase Helll-ooo or something?)

derxa · 06/10/2022 21:07

gregg wallace maybe - cant see it but he does say cooking doesnt get tougher than this Howling here 😂

TheGreatestSockHunter · 06/10/2022 21:12

Could it be Matt le Blanc? He presented Top Gear, I’d say fairly well off and has a catchphrase “How you doing?”

x2boys · 06/10/2022 21:13

Vapeyvapevape · 06/10/2022 19:45

He probably didn't trust a randomer to keep their mouth shut.

If he paid them enough money they would probably keep shchtum but regardless paddy mcguiness has enough money to keep this from coming out I'm not talking about honorable decisions etc but if he had a child he didn't want to acknowledge I'm sure he could have paid a good maintenance for them I'm not talking about what's decent or not just his legal responsibility, s

Are you aware she was recently diagnosed with Autism?

’no likey no lighty!’ 😂

Eurovision-loving Paddy O'Connell, from Radio 4's Broadcasting House, inexplicably came to mind. I guess we can rule him out - unless "slow radio" was the catchphrase...!
