British Gas prices going up 15%. How much do you spend a year?

We spend £1200 a year on electricity and gas. DH thinks we could get a cheaper supplier.

That sounds an awful lot. Is it??

Look on uswitch and see if you can get cheaper. But Martin Lewis says wait 6 weeks before switching as lots of other suppliers will be putting their prices up. Npower is normally one of the cheapest.

We spend £75 a month on both but with npower who also put prices up the other week so guess I ought to increase the direct debit.
