what does everyone think? Given all the mess that this government has been in re various cash/disclosure issues, how can you forget to disclose £100000!!

Sorry - but I would have thought that with everything that has gone on in this area, any candidate would be ultra cautious to follow the guidance in this area.

How indeed does one forget to disclose £100,000? Answer: one doesn't. He's lying just like the rest of them. Trouble is we're all so cynical and politicians have no sense of honour or service to the electorate so no-one resigns anymore. Hain thinks if he hangs on for another week we'll have forgotten all about it. Sadly he is right.
