Confused about which Ukrainian relatives can come to the UK

As far as I can tell, immediate family members of Ukrainians who are settled in the UK may be able to come.
My husband is Ukrainian and here on a work visa but he doesn't have settled status. I am British. Could we potentially bring his siblings (who are minors) to the UK? Or not because he doesn't have settled status? Or do I also count as an immediate family member? Struggling to interpret who these new rules include.

Sorry I don't have any useful info, but just to say I'm so ashamed our government aren't pulling out all the stops to help Ukrainian people flee war - particularly children. It's utterly contemptible behaviour on their part.

I don't think your DH can as they were at pains to say 'with settled status', but as a British citizen you can sponsor them.

I hope they get here fast and safe as with any other family who can physically come.
