Dreadful man, but if he is found guilty what then? Does he have to resign office? Or will he cling on regardless (shocking ignorance over SA democratic process I'm afraid).

I know that almost anyone would seem a letdown after Nelson M. but it's so depressing.

Can't Nelson give some of his DNA and let us clone him? (Joking, but only just.) There are so many reasons why it's important that SA succeeds, it could be such a beacon for Africa.

Hasn't Zuma been accused of rape - is that the same story? Mbeki is pretty dire too with his AIDS denial for all of those years.
