Australian police spent today digging up part of the garden at William Tyrrell's "grandparents" house

They were focusing on an area below the balcony. The police have said they're looking at "one person" in particular and they also searched and dug in an area one km away from the house.

The sister of William, aged 12 was just taken out of their care.

It's horrifying isn't it? Poor William and his poor sister if this plays out how it looks like it will. And the poor biological parents (who are no shining stars of parenting but no parents deserve to have their children removed and for the children to end up in this tragedy).

Exactly. Apparently, some of the things his foster Grandmother said were highly suspicious in light of what we now know. She died recently.

There's a podcast with interviews with them from early in the case.

Awful if it was an accident they’ve covered up. It was always slightly odd to me that he vanished so quickly and they’d left them but only in a ‘bit weird’ way not in a ‘they did it’ way.
