I am sorry for posting here. I read recently Amazon will be made to pay more tax and I wondered if this means they will go out of business? The reason I ask is I order a lot for one of my family who is disabled and housebound.

Amazon worldwide makes an annual profit of around $8 billion. It won't go out of business just because it has to pay more tax.

Unlikely they will go out of business unfortunately. Even if they did there are plenty of other places to buy things online.
