Do You Have a NatWest Solo Card?

Because if you do you'd better check your account. It has just been reported that solo cards have been debiting money from accounts twice.

Anyone else think this country is going to hell in a handbasket?

Thanks for raising this. I have a solocard for the childrens child benefit account as an ironic twist.
Will check later.

It was on "Working Lunch" today so quite a reliable source. Feels like it is all bad news at the moment and ordinary people are being made to suffer.

my account looks ok at the moment - is this just for the last few days?! HAve checked the last 2 weeks so far.

Thank you. Just checked account and spotted an error straight away. Might not have seen it so easily if I waited for the statement to come.

Off to check more closely and shout at the bank.

SaintGeorge · 22/11/2007 16:31

Damn, you know when you are all revved up and ready to argue, ha ha I've caught the bank out sort of thing?

Really, really nice man didn't even let me start to tell him what the problem was. He looked at the account, apologised and explained that all of yesterday's transactions are being double checked and corrected AND he immediately credited my account with £1 to cover the phone call!

Not just Solo cards by the way, all debit cards are involved.
