This is exactly what the problem is. The police do nothing, the yobs know they can get away with it so do as they like and meanwhile some poor person has a life of hell.

No one in authority cares. But they will have a few meetings, shuffle a few sheets of paper, make a statement about how sad the situation is and nothing will change.

So this woman and her daughter can be added to the list of people who have died as a result of yobs being allowed to run riot.
