If Boris keeps saying this, does it make it true?

He is such a wanker.

GuyFawkesDay · 03/01/2021 09:42

He's probably trying the repeating a lie often enough people will think it's true.

I do believe that's a fascist's tactic.

Have it on live pause - had to stop watching after 30 secs. Will resume when feel more awake and stronger stomach.

CatVsChristmasTree · 03/01/2021 11:14

What does it even mean?

Schools may be safe for children. Having schools open is not safe for the country if it means transmission remains high.

Not even for children . At the first variant, there was an assumption young children were immune, because that variant killed so few. Nobody was testing them because they had no symptoms. It now appears that asymptomatic people of all ages are spreaders. It also appears that the new extra contagious variant is causing higher rates of illness in children.
I was interested to learn that Angela M. had wanted full lockdown but the German system of government allowed local (men?) in power to make their own rules.

If schools are safe why are not going to open them in London and some areas of the SE?

This- he can't have it both ways. If it's safe can my SE child go to school tomorrow - no it's been closed 😡
