I work for a charitable organisation, we have a hall we usually hire out to all kinds of groups. All hire ceased in the first lockdown. We've now opened up again with just one regular hirer - an adult community learning provider. Obviously all distancing and safety regulations are being followed. But now, second lockdown, does anyone know what the rules are and whether they can continue at our premises? Their educational classes are officially still able to continue to be run, I understand that. However I'm not sure whether it makes a difference that they aren't using their own premises, but are hiring other premises? The person organising the classes said they are allowed to carry on, but wasn't able to point us in the direction of any specific government guidelines on this. Obviously they'd like to carry on (and we'd like them to if it's allowed). I just don't know how to go about finding out so that we can feel 100% sure we're doing the right thing. It seems to fall in the cracks between different aspects of the published government info - a bit of a grey area. Anyone come across a similar situation or have any light to shed?
