I saw this on the news tonight. Truly awful. She's lived in Iraq for years and is married to an Iraqi. Not sure what else to say about this.

She works for Care International, who were heavily involved with the Afghan elections and I presume therefore, are also involved with the Iraqi ones. Which is the only thing I can find which would make her a target.
