Is there a list somewhere of Post Office's that are facing closure?

Just wondered if ours is but can't find a list so far.

It's on the BBC news page, the first 3 consultations will take place in kent, E.Yorkshire and E. Midlands

We live in Kent so I knew it was round here but don't know if our local one is affected or not. Thought somewhere might tell me that. 'Kent' is a bit vague!

I heard Kent too and are trying to work out which ones it may be.
