I despair of the BBC sometimes. They did a TV programme about this nearly FIVE YEARS AGO and now the proverbial is hitting the fan in the housing market they're reporting it as though nobody's ever heard of it before .
The FSA have a lot of explaining to do, IMO. They have turned a blind eye to the obvious dangers in the massive increase of 'self-cert' mortgages. Go do some regulating, why don't you?!
