Wouldn't celebrating diversity be more effective than protesting anti-racism? Isn't saying that racism is "another pandemic" spreading the message that it's a social norm to be racist and therefore racists will feel validated by the false idea that they're in a comfortable majority.
Whereas if we focused on the actual fact that most people in the UK are not racist and already believe that black lives matter, that would spread that as a social norm and eventually influence the minority of racists to conform to the majority.
I'm not saying that racism doesn't exist or that it doesn't cause problems. I just don't think that this is the way to change those views.
