just heard it on the radio as well, i hope there were no serious injuries

i must get hold of sarahinphuket, she often flies to bangkok to have her hair done

oh god the bbc site says fatalities are feared

bump as hadn't heard about this

i think it is in the last hour

i have sent a message to sarahinphuket asking her to contact me asap

the airport is only about 2miles from where i stay usually

my message to sarah keeps failing to send

exh is in northern thailand so he isnt of concern (re kids), exbf is on the east coast of thailand, tho havent heard from him for a while, but i doubt he would be in bangkok and flying to phuket

sarahinphuket is my main worry as she does fly to bangkok from time to time, going up early and coming back in the afternoon

also i do have thai friends on phuket who occasionally go there too

So awful. Glad Sarah is OK. Panicked a bit about friends living in Bangkok but they are ok.
