Hi. I'm unsure whether I'm entitled to universal credit. I'm currently on maternity leave but don't get paid for the last 3 months as I chose to take 12. My partner owns his own business but has stopped working due to coronavirus. So basically none of us will receive any income until this is all over whenever that may be. I have applied online but questions are misleading for example 'Are you getting statutory maternity pay?' Well technically no I'm not getting any pay but I am still on leave. Then it was asking how my DP is looking for work. He's not looking for work, he is only not working due to this virus and will return once he is able to. Can anyone help pls x
