After a full thread on this topic when he first came out as gay and had allegedly had an affair with his 18-year old runner, it's since gone quiet. Or have I missed a subsequent thread. After the internet history that came to light I can't believe we haven't heard more about it in the tabloids or on MN.

I think it's just been taken over by other stories - Meghan and Harry, Caroline Flack, corona virus.

If the allegations are true, which suggested grooming a child, then yes, I'd consider in in the public interest.

Does it matter? There have been rumours about PS for absolute years, some more gossip is a bit irrelevant at this point. He's come out, speculating about who he's shagging is unnecessary.

@valentinesdaynamechange, I thought the runner was 18? Either hes legally an adult or not .

mouth 18 now, but it appeared they had known one another for years, since he was about 10 years old, hence the suggestion of grooming when it first came out

I couldnt believe, all the TV media folk saying how brave and marvellous he was, I dont realy care about peoples sexual preferences, why do men feel the need to "come out" lesbians dont. My first H who was tea total got very drunk one night and told me I had been/was his only female sexual partner, he married me for a naice respectable front for his middle class family, I was really angry. Over the years quite a few other women have told me they are married to gay men, and want to keep up the facade, because they are embarrased about family,friends, dont want the children to know

I read somewhere, might have been on here, that there are pending lawsuits against him. It has gone quiet publically but lawyers are busy working in the background trying to save his reputation. Part of the ITV juggernaut.

The interest in this has never been about the fact he's gay. It's about the very dodgy chain of events surrounding his "relationship" with a young runner, who he first met at a theatre school when the runner was a child. He didn't come out because he's brace, he came out because he was about to be outed.

I've always loved PS (being a child of the 90s as I am) but I can't stand to watch him now, he just seems so insincere and full of his own self importance.
