I must admit to finding this amusing

I know it has serious implictions etc etc, but I did snigger when I read it [childish]

In addition to stealing their crops, the monkeys also make sexually explicit gestures at the women, they claim.

Sounds like the whole village is starving due to the theft of the crops - and they're upset because a bunch of monkeys are wanking at them?! Talk about losing perspective...

i did see a programme about monkeys terrorising quite a few african towns, they attacked and they had to build special walls to keep them out. they're very intelligent

my fil had a pet monkey in africa in ww2. it drunk rum one night and went loopy so they had to shoot it.
