Student Halls on fire in Bolton

This phone won't let me link but there is currently a huge fire gutting the Unite Cube halls in Bolton. This is a 6 story building. I hope to god everyone got out ok.

Are these flats built from prefabricated blocks? They're everywhere, up here.

There is a picture on the daily fail site and the building was cladded. Apparently the cladding was confirmed as safe in 2017 but the fire took hold very very quickly according to eye witnesses

Fire service confirmed it's not the same cladding as Grenfell. From pictures, it looks to have been balconies that spread the fire, similar to the recent Barking flats fire.
