Is there a new lighting rig or something? The ob correspondents, vox pop etc, also look filthy. Our tv settings haven't changed, and the filth is the same on my devices, so it's got to be some BBC thing. Sky News is OK, they look like they've had a bath in the last 6 weeks.
And those new mics on people's cheeks make them look like they've got nasty growths. They'd be better if they used mic covers in eg red or blue.
