Oh my God. I can't believe how fab Gordon Brown is sounding at the moment. Last week he threw out the super casinos and today he has announced more funding for Scouts and Sea Cadets and out of school clubs.

Something is happening to me, I may be turning red - arggggh!

I'm impressed with how he's started, except for the possibility of extended detention periods.

I think there may be problems with language barriers and all the time it takes to sort out what is on computer hard drives. That may be the reason. Who knows.
