While I think this video is appalling; I think it’s awful how many times this seems to have been shared in outrage. How likely would it have been for the survivors and victims families to have actually seen this if it wasn’t for all of the shares and news articles about it? Many more people have seen this because of outraged people on social media; than those who shared it actually thinking this was a funny or clever thing to do.

Dyrne You make a good point. I suppose it is balancing whether it is more important that these people need to be shown up for what they are (and trying to get through to them this is not acceptable on any level by people's reaction to what they did), or trying to spare the victim's families feelings.

Awful. And presumably there were children present who will now think this is an acceptable way to behave.

The public enquiry and police investigations are ongoing. No prosecutions/dismissals etc will happen until the full facts are known.
