Is anyone watching this? It is so despairing, it has been going on so long and so much suffering.

News about the Syrian conflicts and the refugee crisis always makes me sick to the stomach but laid out like this - knowing where it all leads and how it still goes on - is heartbreaking.

Yes I watched it yesterday. It’s disgusting that we stand by while he uses Sarin gas on his own people. A twelve year old boy was tortured and killed. Civilians bombed. There has been unbelievable suffering.

Putin and Assad have so much blood on their hands.

After doing much research on this particular topic, I suggest you listen to Vanessa Beeley, Carla Ortiz and Eva Bartlett. They're all independent journalists and have been smeared by MSM outlets (CNN, BBC etc) for telling the truth about the Syrian crisis. They're all journalists that have been on the ground in Syria and are honest (unlike the MSM). Another person to listen carefully to is the former British ambassador to Syria, Peter Ford. A good video of his experience and honesty about the actual situation in Syria is

With all due respect, I also believed the MSM, until I came across YouTube videos on the above people. I then realised that the likes of the BBC were not telling the full story, and were actually engaging in left-wing propaganda. In one video, a British General told the truth about Syrian conflict, yet the BBC host asked him if he should be saying things like that (or something along those lines). In fact, a BBC wanted to talk to some of the Syrian people and those people refused, saying that the BBC was telling lies about their government.

re palatable façade for the al-Nusra Front, an Islamist militant group. There were pictures of some of the white helmet members brandishing rifles/guns, and videos of them helping to stage-manage the actors for the supposed gas attacks by Assad. What you hear in the MSM is a huge crock of shite.

I subsequently found out that it was ISIS using Sarin gas, and NOT Assad. ISIS had a storage facility (possibly one of many) where the Sarin was stored. This facility was shelled, which released the Sarin and caused problems for the people in the area. As for the chlorine gas, that's a waste of money to manufacture if you were a dictator wanting to kill your own people. Why not just use normal weapons?

Just a few YouTube videos to get you started. I hope these will open your eyes a bit to the difference between decent honest journalism is and what the establishment propaganda machine is peddling.

re palatable façade for the al-Nusra Front,

That's supposed to be ^BTW, the White Helmets are a palatable façade for the al-Nusra Front, an Islamic militant group fighting with ISIS/Al-Qaeda^

Vanessa Beeley explains about the WH and the real Syrian Defence groups . She has explained in other videos that the WH's are affiliated with al-Qaeda, and have been funded by the British government. So the UK government have been funding a terrorist group in the Middle East.

On another point, regarding the gas attacks that Assad had supposedly ordered, Dr's in many of the hospitals, in the areas that the attacks apparently occurred, had said that they were treating patients with hypoxia, that was caused by dust and smoke inhalation, not chemical attacks. In fact, the Dr's said there was absolutely no indication that chemical attacks had taken place (which is why there was no Dr's wearing the required attire to deal with he affected patients).

To top it all off, it has been internationally verified that Assad destroyed Syria's chemical weapons stockpiles and weapon-making facilities. So the only groups in this case, that have chemical weapons, are the terrorists.

You see, the conflict in Syria is fairly simple. It's Assad and his forces protecting the Syrian people against the terrorists such as ISIS, al-Qaeda etc. NOT Assad against his own people.

You're pretty desperate to swamp this thread with pro Assad propaganda aren't you Scruffbag?

NotMaryWhitehouse · 14/11/2018 08:15

Really @ScruffbagsRUs ? Because that's not the message I got from a friend who has been working in Syria. Quite the opposite.
