Parental alienation

Peoples thoughts please as this was highlighted on BBC News yesterday.

My initial questions are;

How will an overstretched Cafcass and Social care system through the court effectively manage these cases?

What protective measures will be put in place to protect children who have witnessed/ being subject to any from of abuse?

How can rejected parents on low incomes who maybe cannot afford a solicitor or Mackenzie friend effectively prove parental alienation?

How long will the process take as the current system in some cases last years creating further distress to the child/ children involved?

It's never been an easy issue. I wish the courts had forced my children's father whether he liked it or not to have them 50% of the time yet I bet someone could say "parental alienation" just because he chose to have them not even one night a year!
