Absolutely heartbreaking - 3 women involved- his mother, grandmother and sister.
Inhumane.
How did he slip through the Social Services net???
Where were the men in his life ?
Father, grandfather etc ?
His school ?
His friends - if he was allowed any ?
Neighbours ?
Other relations ?

I only noticed the second thread after I had posted. I was a bit tbh when I saw that the OP had no replies to her original posting considering the topic was so horrific and thought people were just disinterested which obviously is not so, as there's another thread going on the subject.
