I had no idea, apparently he had cancer

Omg, didn't see that coming.

His autobiography (YEARS ago) was very interesting to me.

That’s sad. I had no idea he was ill. The older I get the more I notice people dying.

Apparently he phoned up to try to return his pensioner's heating allowance as he didn't need it, and they refused/couldn't take ti back, so he told them he'd donate it to charity. Always liked him for that.
