Circumcision without mothers consent

Fuck me, sometimes I read the mother in law stories on here and I’m totally shocked but imagine your son coming home from a contact visit having been operated on without your consent.

I don’t know if it will let you see the article through the paywall but I can’t believe how traumatic that must be.

It will be interesting to see how this goes. Without knowing all the facts it is difficult to be sure. But the child's father and grandmother have clearly overstepped the mark. The mother has parental responsibility. They don't. They are therefore unable to provide valid consent to this kind of operation.
