A very sad state of affairs! A lady is now dead and three children have lost a mother and a father purely due to 'show' and to 'keep up appareances'!

I live in Eltham - a leafy suburb in South East London - and know several couples in and around Eltham who behave and lead their life in a similar manner (i.e will go to any length to portray they lead a perfect/middle-class lifestyle)!

Money truly is the root of all evil!

My thoughts and condolences are with the lady and the children.

I've not read the link, but its fairly close to where I live, so it has received a lot of coverage here. He took the loan out in her name, then lied about it. When he was arrested he lied, and he only changed his plea after the court case started.
There has been nothing on local news to imply it was her fault.
My heart goes out to the poor children

Sentenced to a minimum of 19 years.

She died because her husband murdered her. There was no justification for that. Many people have expensive holidays and new kitchens without resorting to murder.
