I live in West Mids. I will be on the lookout for this scum bag. Poor innocent Woman. Quick thinking colleagues saved her eyesight. How fucking evil.

Poor poor woman- how terrifying. The sentences for these chemical attacks need bloody increased.

These attacks are on the increase. Such an evil and cowardly act. Why oh why are CCTV images always so crap?

It is frightening. I read some people carry acid about their person. Hope it explodes onto them

Bloody hell. I really hope they find that scumbag. This society has some really horrid people in it. Really hope the victim recovers from this.

I hope they hurry up and bring in new legislation that reflects the seriousness of such awful attacks! I remember several years ago reading about how acid attacks against women were sharply increasing in South America, Columbia specifically and I know this has long been a problem in India, Pakistan and the Middle East but to have this become a shockingly increasing crime in the UK is horrific!

I really do wonder what is happening in our society that such things are now a part of life here. I would happily pay more taxes to increase the number of police officers that we actually need in the UK.
