Have been cruising the 'In the News' threads interested to see what people made of the second-lead story on the Beeb yesterday, i.e. the supposed link between HRT and ovarian cancer. I think there hasn't been a thread on it - which I think is quite reasonable. My interest is mainly that a good friend of mine has been a 'talking head' for this for various news outlets yesterday.
For those who saw the story, what do you think? Is it just one of the countless stories of "women who [x] are at risk of [y]"? x and y can be virtually anything, it seems.
