You may remember this awful accident attracted a lot of comments here last year. The RAIB report has just been published. Its very detailed and quite long . Seems the driver had a microsleep:(

I thought the news coverage or lack of it was awful. All because of Trump. Normally it would have been in the news for days if not weeks.
