What happens if they don't pay, because you know if you can't afford rent, you can;t pay a fine.? This is ridiculous.

Awful!

There is an area where you would be fined for erecting a ten, not using the public toilets for anything other than there purpose and not drinking alcohol in the area or aggressive begging. This is mainly the city center and two retail parks

I know of two homeless people so far, one a young pregnant woman, who have had their tents taking and had an on the spot fine
