The innocent wee face of this horrible situation is smiling out on all the papers and I was hoping so much that he would be found alive and reunited with his family. His poor family - I can't begin to ignite the hell they are in now.

I made the mistake of going on Twitter earlier today. There is a photo circulating that is apparently his body lying in the street.

Yes I have been thinking about this a lot. I was in Barcelona with my 7 year old DS, walking that same stretch of pavement the other week. It is unimaginable what that poor family must be going through, particularly under the media glare.

I just don't understand why people choose to do such cruel, evil things, especially to young children. What is going on with this world. Awful.
