About time too BBC link. Hopefully he'll spend a while in jail and come to realise that just because he's a member of the aristocracy he can't offer to pay somebody to kill people who disagree with him.

I really hope he gets a custodial sentence. The abuse Gina Miller has experienced, and continues to face, is disgraceful.

That means the starting point for sentencing under the sentencing guidelines (which they are required to follow) was 9 weeks and the maximum she could have given was 15 weeks.
