Reminds me of a news story that's always tickled me - was listening to the radio and it was a story about an armed robbery and the newsreader said "the three men were armed with a sawn-off shotgun, a pistol and a stick." I just got this really vivid picture of them arguing outside the building society in their balaclavas...

"No, I 'ad the stick last time..."

"Yeah, but it's me bruvver's gun. So I should 'ave it."
