Home Secretary Theresa May has told the Police Federation to stop "crying wolf" about the impact of financial cuts.
Speaking to the federation's annual conference, she said more savings would have to be made in the next five years.

So has she now changed her tune??????????

she can fuck right off

BIWI · 04/06/2017 12:16

Yep. When she says 'something has to change' I'd like to think she means she'll be investing more money ini the police, but somehow I doubt it ...Hmm

abilockhart · 04/06/2017 12:18

After all, we should "judge her on her record".

I don't know what it takes for people to realise that the Tories seem hell bent on cutting anything that helps the average joe on the street. Cut hospitals, cut healthcare, cut support for mental health, cut free meals for children, cut policing, then say things have to change.

It's mind boggling!

How can suddenly 'enough be enough' when she had been Home Secretary since 2010?

Yep - I just want to tell her to fuck off

And as for trump having a go at the fairly elect Mayor of London he can fuck right off - right off the fuck wit with no wit - what a twat AngryAngryAngry

BIWI · 04/06/2017 13:18

I missed that - what's Trump been saying?

applemuffincake · 04/06/2017 13:35

Mocking our London Mayor - yep that is what Trump is doing - I have had enough - just enough of that twat.

As for May well that was a highly politicised speech she gave - she can not be PM we need someone who can constructively work with the Police.

ChampagneSocialist1 · 04/06/2017 13:39

This story is 2 years old sheesh

abilockhart · 04/06/2017 13:44

ChampagneSocialist1, you missed the bit about judging Theresa May on her record.

Champagne - the warning may be 2 years old .... But highly relevant now.
A good leader is not afraid to admit mistakes. Hindsight is of course 20/20 but perhaps she should have taken some of the warning on board... Instead of pressing on with slashing police numbers ...with further cuts to come

Labour should be playing the 'crying wolf' video over and over again until polling day. It really is incredibly damming.
