remove the word "war" and it is quite funny: how will Congress boost his chest, hormones ? is he planning on growing man boobs like Simon Cowell al la "Bo in the USA" ?

...otherwise it's all too depressing...

What a pity, the democrats have only been in power for just over a month and already banging on about their social programs. I'm not crazy about more money going to Iraq but it certainly doesn't need to be spent on more welfare and medicaid programs.
