Pity the poor guy then who got a top of the range BMW steering wheel to sell on ebay, wonder how he would get that back if the rightful owners want it back

Can't see them claiming anything back, surely they have marine insurance!

Well I wouldn't think that they would actually go to the trouble of tracing it all - but apparantly finders still have to register it just in case !
