there was a similar story a few years back about a radio station that ran a 'see how long you can sit on a block of ice' contest & people ended up with severe burns - very silly

I knew there was such a thing as water intoxication as my sister had started drinking lots of water a while ago and somebody warned her how somebody had died by drinking too much
Its to do with the salt in the body iirc
