KS2 SATs paper answers published online

The answers for the SPaG and spelling tests due to be taken today were published online yesterday.

Would be fantastic if this one was cancelled for KS2 and it was for KS1, but alas the paper was not very accessible whilst it was up.

Whilst not openly accessible to all, it was accessible to teachers and exam markers and therefore quite possible that they have copied & "shared" this information with their class, parents, friends, colleagues therefore it is totally feasible that some children sitting today's tests will already know the answers.

Is there time for DfE to make the decision to cancel the exam, I wonder? More likely they'll have to take it and then have the results nullified afterwards, alas.

After yesterday's reading paper, few children will even want to come to school. Tears of humiliation rolled down the cheeks of even the most able children I teach.

Unbelievable cock-up.
