Interest Rate rise.....again

Was expecting this to happen in Feb, but not Jan.....just heard on radio.

Yeah, was reading elsewhere that the rumour is that whatever it is has breached the magic 3% prompting a letter to Gordie from the MPC. Rumour has it there is more on the way. Have seen some crazily prices property on round here since the New Year though.

Sorry for you wanna be, you never know, I don't think it will have that much effect so quickly.

Wannabe, not necessarily, if you had to drop in price, so would the people you are buying off and so on.

If it does have an impact, it will reflect right the way down.

Not much use if you are not buying another house though
