Eustace, which injunction is this? Watching it but can't make out what it is all about.

Thanks, Apocalypse, that makes sense because there was mention of the French government. Just out of interest, what has this got to do with us in England? Is there an injunction that holds over here as well as in France, or what?

We cannot say which one it is. There has been a lot in the press about someone in the UK who obtained an injunction stop disclosures about their private life being reported in the UK press. Most people know who it is about but we are not allowed to say and the papers and websites must not name the person in the UK and nor must any of us tweet about it or tell anyone else.

The Supreme Court in the UK today is hearing arguments about whether they should keep the injunction going or not.

Is it THE injunction case regarding the married couple/threesome? That's the only one I am currently aware of.
